Indians rally to beat Rangers, Reds falter to Cubs
BRANTLEY, KIPNIS KEY 4-RUN 9TH FOR INDIANS
Michael Brantley hit a go-ahead RBI double and Jason Kipnis homered in Cleveland's four-run ninth inning as the Indians rallied for a 7-5 victory over the Texas Rangers on Saturday night.
Texas carried a 4-3 advantage into the ninth before the Indians came back against closer Neftali Feliz (1-3), who had his sixth blown save in 28 chances.
The Indians take on the Rangers again tonight, and you can hear the action beginning at 7:37 on 93BNV.
CUBS ROUGH UP REDS FOR SEVENTH STRAIGHT WIN
Carlos Zambrano homered and pitched six solid innings, and the streaking Chicago Cubs beat the Cincinnati Reds 11-4 on Saturday. The Cubs pounded Reds starter Johnny Cueto for five runs and seven hits in 3 2-3 innings and have won seven straight games for the first time since Aug. 2008.

SCOTT DIXON CAPTURES MID-OHIO POLE
There's something about Mid-Ohio - and odd years on the calendar - that bring out the best in Scott Dixon.
The winner at Mid-Ohio in 2007 and 2009, Dixon had the fastest qualifying time Saturday to take the pole for Sunday's IndyCar race at the road course.
Ryan Briscoe will start No. 2 on the grid, with defending champ and points leader Dario Franchitti third. Will Power is fourth, Ryan Hunter-Reay fifth and local favorite Graham Rahal sixth.
Dixon has finished second four times in a luckless year in IRL.
During qualifying, Justin Wilson spun off the course and hit a bump between Turns 1 and 2 in a single-car accident, sustaining a broken vertebra in his back. He was awake and alert but being held overnight at the hospital.
HADEN LIMITED AS BROWNS PRACTICE AT STADIUM
Cornerback Joe Haden was not among the Browns players going full tilt at practice.
Coach Pat Shumur put most of the squad through a special "Family Day" practice Saturday at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Haden was in uniform, but for the second straight day mostly observed while doing a few light sprints and exercises with other injured players. Among them was running back Montario Hardesty, recovering from knee surgery..
On Friday, Shurmur said Haden was held out as a precaution because of a tight hamstring. As a rookie a year ago, Haden had a team-high interceptions after being Cleveland's No. 1 draft pick in 2010.

Els for Autism – TPC San Antonio Texas Golf Tournament | Charity ...
The Els for Autism Golf Challenge is the largest amateur, charity-driven, national tournament in U.S history. It comprises of 30 Super Regional events around the country from May through September with a Grand Finale in Las Vegas on October 23/24. One of those Super Regional events is being hosted at TPC San Antonio on September 13, 2011.
The TPC San Antonio event costs $400 to enter per two-person team ($200pp). This includes the golf, cart, lunch and tournament gifts. Participants will be competing for the chance to qualify for the Grand Finale which will be hosted by Ernie Els in Las Vegas on 23/24 October. Grand Finale prizes include luxury trips to South Africa, South America and England courtesy of Mantis and sets of Callaway golf clubs complete with bag and customized fitting. There are three ways for a team competing in a Super Regional event to make it the final – be the low net winner, the highest fundraiser or raise $10,000 more and automatically qualify. Once teams sign up they are given a dedicated team webpage to personalize and send out to friends, co-workers etc…to ask them to sponsor their team. Essentially teams start competing the minute they sign up! Whilst fundraising is encouraged it is not a prerequisite of taking part.
